Job Overview
Under guidance, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team in Argentina. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring contract fulfillment and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Essential Functions
- Ensure timely delivery of basic and routine reports to meet client specifications, adhering to IQVIA data verification protocols.
- Collaborate with internal resources to review client data requirements, guaranteeing that product deliverables meet customer expectations.
- Research, analyze, and respond to routine client inquiries, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Support the team in client service meetings at customer sites, fostering effective communication.
- Maintain proficiency in PC applications, including Excel, to produce ad-hoc studies as needed.
Qualifications
We require a Bachelor's degree holder with advanced English proficiency and a minimum of two years of related work experience. Prior experience in an IQVIA role and pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Key skills include proficiency in PC applications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills.
