Sales Compensation Analyst RoleWe're seeking an experienced Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team in Santiago de Chile. As a key member of the sales operations team, you'll be responsible for leading the Southern Region Sales Compensation processes.
- Lead monthly processing of incentive compensation payments, ensuring opportunity and quality standards.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to questions from sales management.
- Generate ad hoc reports to the sales force and attend to their business needs.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years of experience in sales operations areas, analytics, and sales compensation. Strong analytical skills, high learning agility, and data analytics capabilities are essential.
