We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at Explore Chile Tours. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Execution: Execute daily calls and emails to contact B2B and B2C leads.
  2. Closing Deals: Focus on closing sales aggressively, overcoming objections, and negotiating favorable terms.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and industry partners to foster long-term loyalty and referrals.
  4. Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  5. Trip Management: Arrange all reservations for each trip sold.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales role.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for customer management and sales tracking.
