**Job Description:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sales Professional Digital Solutions to join our team in the Southern Cone region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new digital business aligned with our strategic goals and leveraging their leadership and influencing skills to achieve ambitious digital sales targets.
This role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, exploring new opportunities within the digital landscape, staying ahead of market trends and competitors, and ensuring alignment across departments to meet organizational goals.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in mining, technology, software, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in sales, particularly in mining, construction, or software/digitalization solutions
- Proven experience in direct sales of digital solutions in mining (CAS, Planning, Design, FMS)
- Strong strategic and tactical thinking, with a demonstrated ability to implement and manage initiatives
