HRSpecialist Italia cerca un professionista qualificato per ricoprire il ruolo di Area Manager presso uno dei principali operatori del settore energetico nazionale.

Descrizione del ruolo:

  • Gestire e sviluppare una rete commerciale di agenti, agenzie e procacciatori;
  • Selezionare e formare nuove risorse;
  • Affiancare e formare le risorse che provengono dal reclutamento interno dell'azienda;
  • Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati;
  • Definire e pianificare le strategie commerciali in accordo con il District Manager.

Requisiti necessari:

  • Comprovata esperienza nel settore energia;
  • Conoscenza del mercato B2B Micro business – PMI - Large;
  • Capacità di leadership.
