About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Chile, Peru, or Colombia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing existing customer relationships in the food and bake enzyme business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage the buying cycle and build strong relationships with customers
  • Achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) with regional accounts
  • Negotiate contracts and deals to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Identify and prioritize new sales opportunities to drive growth
About You
  • You have experience working in the food or bake industry, preferably with enzymes
  • You hold an academic degree in a relevant field, such as Food Science, Chemistry, or Biotechnology
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, purchasing, operations, quality control, R&D, and applications teams
  • You are fluent in written and oral Spanish and English, with Portuguese being an asset
  • You have a proven track record of resolving customer complaints and building sustainable relationships
