Regional Sales Manager Food Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at AB Enzymes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing existing customer relationships in the food industry.
About the Role- Technical sales of enzymes for food applications with a focus on revenue growth.
- Account planning and sales analysis, managing the buying cycle.
- Achieving sales objectives and KPI's with regional accounts.
- Build sustainable long-term relationships with senior management, purchasing, operations, quality control, R&D, and applications teams.
- Experience with food enzymes is a clear asset, and you bring in-depth knowledge and experience from the food and bake ingredient industry.
- You possess an academic degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Biotechnology or equivalent experience.
- A profound interest in identifying, understanding, and meeting customer needs.
- Customer-focused and communicative personal style, preferably from your experience in a commercial role in the food ingredients industry.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and career opportunities through our ABF network.
