Business Development Manager

We are a leading company in the innovation and production of enzymes worldwide. Operating in the biotechnology industry, we partner with customers to apply food, animal feed, and industrial enzymes.
Our expertise helps our customers make their industrial processes more sustainable, environmentally friendly, and efficient.
The RoleYou will be responsible for revenues and margin in the Food and Bake enzyme business in the region of Chile, Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia.
Your role will involve technical sales of enzymes for food and bake applications with a focus on revenue growth, account planning, and sales analysis.
You will achieve sales objectives and KPIs with the regional accounts and build long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Technical sales of enzymes for food and bake applications
- Account planning and sales analysis
- Achieving sales objectives and KPIs
- Building long-term relationships with customers
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in the food and bake ingredient industry.
You should possess a degree in a relevant field, such as Food Science, Chemistry, or Biotechnology.
Fluency in written and oral Spanish and English is required, with Portuguese being an asset.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
