Your Next Challenge

Take your Customer and Agent Experience to the next level by:

  1. Guaranteeing delivery of best-in-class Customer Experience
  2. Managing strong supporting processes to continuously improve Agent's soft and hard skills
  3. Improving Customer Journeys together with Marketing, Digital, and IT
  4. Monitoring Customer Experience KPI's Dashboard
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • BA degree and MBA preferred in business, economic, market research, or numerate subjects
  • Expertise in Customer Journey mapping
  • Expertise in Feedback Management methodology
  • Digital and Artificial Intelligence awareness (chatbot, web platform, etc.)
  • Ability to build and follow Customer Experience Dashboard
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Care supporting processes

Work Experience Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience of over 3 years in building Customer Experience approach
  • Experience in service BtoB industry or possibly BtoC
  • First experience in a management role if possible
