About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Consultant to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer business acumen and decision-making factors.
  • Onboard new customers and establish collaborative relationships with both established and new customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle through close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about external factors impacting customers' supply chains and understand their sense of urgency, service needs, drivers, and desires.
  • Align with customer expectations upfront and respond with suggested solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction across Maersk's product offerings.
  • Cross-sell and upsell logistics and services products to customers.
  • Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan, including potential solutions or alternatives.
  • Be willing to go the extra mile to provide solutions and continuously seek out and act on improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the shipping, supply chain, or logistics industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Energetic, well-organized, and self-initiated.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good process understanding and digital proficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
  • Strong execution mindset.
  • Strong cost-conscious and optimization mindset.
  • English fluency.
