Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled Account Manager responsible for fostering client growth, nurturing relationships, and ensuring the excellence of our service delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative atmosphere and aim for personal excellence every day. As the primary liaison for our Salesforce practice, the Account Manager will possess strong communication and relationship-building abilities. The primary objectives of this role include maintaining account health, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain robust client relationships grounded in trust, insightful questioning, and delivering measurable, sustainable results.
  • Guide clients in making informed decisions based on a solid understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and lead generation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for assigned clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify innovative opportunities to enhance revenue for assigned accounts while providing added value to clients.
  • Monitor account health to proactively manage any escalations.
  • Analyze account profitability to ensure clients receive genuine value while the agency achieves profitability.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and updates regarding our primary offerings (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud).

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or a comparable environment.
  • Proficient understanding of prospecting, including targeting, offer development, email marketing, CRM, CMS, SEO, and content creation.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation capabilities.
  • Experience in preparing details necessary for new Statements of Work.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation, CRM, or digital customer platforms.
  • Exemplary confidence, integrity, and professionalism to represent the agency effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written, for effective communication with clients and remote teams.
