Role Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in fostering client growth and maintaining strong relationships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and serve as the primary liaison for our clients, particularly within our Salesforce practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture enduring client relationships built on trust and transparency.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify innovative strategies to enhance revenue for assigned accounts while delivering added value.

  • Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a digital marketing agency or a similar role.
  • Proficient understanding of marketing strategies, including email marketing, SEO, and content development.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to prepare detailed Statements of Work.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
