Role Overview:

We are in search of a skilled Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in fostering client growth and nurturing relationships while ensuring the excellence of our service delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and consistently strive for personal and professional excellence. As the primary liaison for our Salesforce practice, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Guiding clients in making informed decisions through your expertise in marketing automation and CRM.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying innovative opportunities to enhance revenue for your assigned accounts.
  • Monitoring account health and addressing any escalations proactively.
  • Analyzing account profitability to guarantee that clients receive substantial value.
  • Staying informed about the latest trends and updates related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a digital marketing agency or a similar setting.
  • Proficient understanding of prospecting, targeting, email marketing, CRM, CMS, SEO, and content development.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Experience in preparing Statements of Work.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and digital customer platforms.
  • Professionalism and integrity in representing the agency.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written, for effective communication with clients and teams.
