The Strategic Partnerships Manager is tasked with overseeing all facets of potential and current client accounts across various sectors, including governmental bodies, financial technology firms, banking institutions, and both private and public markets. The goal is to cultivate sales opportunities, drive revenue, and maintain a fruitful and sustainable business relationship.

Experience in selling data solutions at an executive level (CXO, VP, etc.) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess business opportunities and potential collaborators.
  • Collaborate with partners or directly to generate new revenue streams while nurturing and expanding the existing client base.
  • Introduce InterSystems' offerings and develop a robust pipeline of new business activities.
  • Formulate sales strategies and spearhead new revenue initiatives with government entities, mining sectors, or fintech organizations.
  • Serve as the primary contact between InterSystems and client accounts, enhancing business relationships through exceptional service and fostering connections at various organizational levels; continuously refine account profiles.
  • Leverage internal resources to effectively meet sales targets.
  • Enhance and fortify the company's commercial ties with local partners, advocating for the application of our technology and exploring its use in addressing the challenges faced by our partners and their clientele.

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the information technology landscape and its providers.
  • Knowledge of software architecture, particularly regarding critical topics and trends influencing information systems, such as Interoperability, Analytics, Standards, and Transactions.
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven success in information technology sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling software solutions to medium and large enterprises or institutions.
  • Experience in partner identification and development.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in an information technology environment or organization.

Education and Training:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Information Technology or Engineering.
