About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Business Solutions Expert to drive new digital business aligned with Epiroc Southern Cone's strategic goals.
As the Business Developer for Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for leveraging your leadership and influencing skills toward achieving our ambitious digital sales targets.
In this role, you will regularly build and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective customers, inspiring and motivating them to achieve results.
You will need to adapt swiftly to changing goals, balancing initiative and strategic thinking with a collaborative approach.
Achieving success in this role demands strong skills in promoting ideas, methodologies, or digital products, coupled with effective delegation to meet targets with efficiency and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in mining, technology, software, or a related field, and 5-10 years of experience in sales, particularly in mining, construction, or software/digitalization solutions.
You should possess exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with a strong customer focus, as well as dual fluency in English and Spanish.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join Epiroc Southern Cone and contribute to achieving market share and revenue targets while seamlessly integrating digital solutions into our unified 'One Epiroc' sales strategy.
