Sales Coordinator Food Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying customer pain points, delivering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, with experience selling SaaS solutions to commercial and enterprise customers.

The Work You'll Do:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  3. Deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a growth strategy to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
  3. Manage the sales cycle from detecting opportunities to capturing new deals.
  4. Negotiate with customers to close contracts and explain products/solutions.
  5. Serve as sales contact in hand-over from sales to service.
