The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in light to heavy fabrications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as first point of contact for mining Bodies and buckets (B&B) in the region, addressing coverage issues and resolving complaints in close collaboration with B&B engineering, Quality and value chain team.
  • Answer inbound customer service inquiries, providing health analysis or troubleshooting and redirecting them when appropriate.
  • Identify issues and determine appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
  • Process results from analysis of technical data.
  • Understand product or component health or status, if action is needed, and required next steps.
  • SUPPORT quality initiatives at regional B&B suppliers.
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of aftermarket key initiatives to ensure departmental goals are met.
  • Develop new markets, new channels, and new lines of business in consultation with the team.
  • Monitor market share, revenue, cost, and inventory, communicating factors which will positively impact profitability.
  • Provide feedback on aftermarket new product introduction strategy and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations.
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions.
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts and ability to accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs.
  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches and tools for recognizing and resolving organizational problems.
  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
  • English pre-advanced.
