Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This competitive compensation package reflects the company's commitment to rewarding its employees fairly.
Job Description
This full-time position is part of our Customer Support Team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via email. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, possess excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented when resolving customer issues. The successful applicant will work closely with our Design & Development teams to ensure seamless customer support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Passionate, caring, and empathic person who enjoys listening and solving problems;
- Incredibly resourceful and skilled at finding solutions even when faced with complex challenges;
- Advanced computer and internet user with previous experience in creating, editing, or managing online stores, blogs, or customer support roles;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Fluent Spanish speaker;
- Fluent Portuguese speaker.
