As a Senior Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in your country's market. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new businesses from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
You will thrive in an environment where innovation and disruption are encouraged. You must be an active listener, think creatively, and provide expert advice to our clients and teams.
This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex relationships. You will be responsible for developing quotes and proposals for clients, managing and coordinating business development activities, and ensuring Raven's mission is promoted in daily operations.
You will collaborate closely with Vertical Lines to co-create integrated offerings for target clients. Your profile requirement includes a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technology, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, IT, technology, or design.
You must be fluent in English, possess advanced IT fluency, and have a perfect knowledge base of the country/region. A postgraduate degree in sales, finance, or similar is also acceptable.
