VTEX is seeking a Channel Growth Manager to join our team in Chile. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve sales goals.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital commerce and e-commerce solutions, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. They will work closely with C-level executives, understand their needs, and showcase the value that VTEX solutions add to their businesses.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions that meet client needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the e-commerce industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of digital commerce solutions and platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
