About the Role

Hanwha Vision is hiring a STEP Channel Manager to lead the Southern Latin America (SOLA) region, driving strategic partnerships across Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Bolivia, and Peru. This position plays a key role in recruiting and activating new partners while ensuring sales growth and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with key partners in each distributor.
  • Execute partner recruitment strategies to bring high-potential partners into the Hanwha Vision ecosystem.
  • Conduct structured onboarding sessions to ensure alignment with the STEP Partner Program.
  • Drive partner activation, ensuring each partner generates sales and maintains consistent growth.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to support partner success.
  • Monitor partner performance through regular reviews and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Develop training programs to enhance partner capabilities and product expertise.
  • Provide ongoing support and act as the primary liaison for all partner-related matters.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of distributor and reseller ecosystems in SOLA markets.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel across the assigned territories as needed.
