Channel Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Dreame Technology in Chile. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position that involves building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the Smart Home Appliance and/or Consumer Electronics industries.
Able to communicate effectively with internal teams, channel partners, and customers at all levels, the successful candidate should have analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business requirements.
