We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to become a vital part of our team.

In this role, you will report to the Finance Director and be tasked with guiding organizations on effective pricing strategies for their products and services to meet financial objectives. This includes formulating pricing models, analyzing market dynamics, and conducting financial evaluations. You will continuously monitor market fluctuations and collaborate with team members to track cost variations. Additionally, you will be responsible for assessing pricing performance and competitiveness, as well as analyzing requests for price adjustments from the sales department by considering margin implications, potential sales volume, and competitor pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and sustain pricing tools and profitability frameworks Track changes in input costs and create sensitivity analysis thresholds to report on potential adjustments to final pricing Present pricing evaluations during monthly strategy meetings, offering insights, trends, and recommendations Lead projects related to pricing, including establishing timelines, defining deliverables, and preparing communications or presentations Continuously assess the market and competition to refine pricing strategies Establish a policy for special projects: fixed guidelines for addressing business opportunities that cannot utilize standard pricing due to market competitiveness Experiment with various pricing strategies to penetrate new markets or enhance offerings with consumer-focused benefits Evaluate sales quotations to derive P&L results that support management decisions Ensure timely submission of all sales orders to allow adequate analysis time in accordance with established procedures Implement controls in pricing analysis to ensure sales profitability aligns with projections Collaborate daily with the Commercial team to prevent delays in sales orders related to pricing approvals Anticipate potential impacts and communicate them to local management
