Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our second-hand shoes and accessories business in Chile. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, demand patterns, and competitive landscape in the second-hand shoes and accessories market in Chile.
- Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to identify target segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and retailers to expand our presence in the Chilean market.
- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial relationships and sustainable growth.
- Explore new sales channels and distribution networks to reach untapped markets and increase sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand awareness.
- Create innovative promotional campaigns, including online and offline advertising, social media marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, retailers, and customers, to foster trust and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively engage with customers to gather feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement initiatives
- Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and market share, to track progress against goals and objectives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the second-hand shoes, handbag and accessories market in Chile.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans to achieve goals.
- Creative thinker with a passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to promote our products
