- ** Your Role **:Ensuring customer satisfaction and being the key and central point of contact for any business requirement, with the primary focus on account development across our organization, you will also be responsible for coordinating functional and operational areas, analyzing and suggesting improvements, and acting as an extension of our clients' business.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- To define Standard operational procedures and instructions (internal/external)
- To provide support to the Sales Department with development of product and assistance with technical knowledge.
- Pipeline follow up with Sales
- Achieve KPI/DQ’s
- To ensure operational excellence and customer retention/satisfaction
- Provide trainings and assistance
- Have a close relationship with clients
- To visit customers regularly with Sales Dept and develop specific solutions and business for them.
- Fluent communication with carriers and service providers (Trucking companies, airlines, dry ice suppliers, special packaging suppliers, airport authorities, etc.)
- Establish and maintain contacts within all relevant foreign KN offices to assure smooth and efficient communication
- Support airfreight operations teams
- Support sales initiatives / sales staff /in gaining clients.
- Management Reports and Statistics of Vertical Market (Volumes, market share, etc.)

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Foreight Trade Bachelor degree or similar
- Advanced English skills
- Experience in similar positions
