We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training & Development Lead to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and deploying global and standard onboarding and training programs that will drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and training programs that align with our business objectives and global standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Design and deliver training content that is engaging, interactive, and effective in developing critical competencies for our workforce.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and team members to ensure successful implementation of training programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics and training development (5+ years)
- Strong focus on lean methodology and process improvement
- Advanced English skills and proficiency in Portuguese (desirable)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize and select critical topics from several sources
- Planning and organization skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Availability to travel as needed
- Ability to sell and promote training programs to stakeholders
- Strategic mindset and executing skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
