**Job Summary**:
- Identifies and tracks prospects and teaming strategies for the supported division within Black and Veatch. Assist in the planning, developing, and coordinating of prospect-captures, proposal development, and client relations initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identifies and tracks business development prospects.
- Develops all aspects of proposals working with proposal manager.
- Supports prospect capture and proposal development initiatives.
- Supports business development client relations initiatives.
- Develops and builds relationships with multiple sources and contacts both internally and with clients.
- Represents Company at industry trade shows, conferences, association meetings, and committee hearings.
- Creates presentation materials for various internal meetings.
- Other job duties as directed.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 5+ years of experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
**Work Environment/Physical Demands**:
Typical office environment: Sitting, standing, computer-usage for extended periods of time. Speaking/Listening. Ability to utilize audio/video conferencing software for internal/external communication.
