  • Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona que ocupe el rol de Business Development Specialist para sumar a nuestro equipo.
  • Quien ocupe el rol tiene como objetivo identificar y apoyar las diferentes posibilidades de desarrollo de negocios de la Compañía para asegurar el crecimiento con retornos atractivos, mitigando los riesgos asociados a su desarrollo y coordinando a los diferentes stakeholders (tanto internos como externos) involucrados.
  • Funciones Permanentes
  • Reporta al Vicepresidente de Desarrollo de Negocios.
  • Identificar y dar apoyo en distintas oportunidades de negocios y de desarrollo de proyectos.
  • Dar soporte al equipo de desarrollo de AES en Chile y Colombia.
  • Coordinar a los distintos stakeholders, tanto internos como externos a la compañía (Legal, Finanzas, Ingeniería, ambiental, Project Managers, etc.), involucrados en las distintas etapas del desarrollo de un proyecto.
  • Identificar la factibilidad técnica, económica y riesgo asociado de distintos proyectos de inversión.
  • Apoyar en el proceso de aprobación interna de un proyecto y las distintas etapas que sean necesarias.
  • Gestionar y actualizar el modelo financiero de los proyectos de desarrollo.
  • Apoyo en las distintas instancias de reportes corporativos.
  • Estar al día con innovaciones tanto nacionales como internacionales en la industria
  • Principales conocimientos, experiências y habilidades
  • Ingeniero/a Civil, Industrial o similar.
  • Deseable experiência de 3 y 5 años en áreas de mercados eléctricos, finanzas, evaluación de proyectos y/o innovación.
  • Manejo de office nível avanzado. Deseable conocimiento en lenguaje de programación.
  • Inglés nível avanzado.
  • Conocimiento de la industria energética
  • Deseable conocimiento en financiamiento, desarrollo y/o evaluación de proyectos.
  • Habilidades de negociación con demostradas capacidades de liderazgo y pensamiento estratégico.
  • Capacidad de análisis, comunicación y relaciones interpersonales, autogestión, profesionalismo, proactivo y alto grado de motivación
