Title And Summary

Business Development Manager, Fintech and Digital Partners

Overview
- Grows revenue by identifying and pursuing opportunities with new or existing customers within the Fintech and Digital Partners Segment for Chile.
- Focuses on growing market share, market acceptance, the number of customer touch points, and MasterCard’s regional footprint
- Sets sales strategy aligned with geography and segment strategy
- Responsible for pipeline management at the segment level

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists with the development of a sales pipeline in coordination with product development and account management teams
- Responsible for setting sales strategies as it relates to customer accounts that are aligned with geography strategy and achieving sales goals that drive market share, volume and revenue growth
- Contributes to the achievement of sales and net revenue targets
- Develops proposals for Fintechs and Digital Partners
- Partners with customers to deliver customized solutions and comprehensive consulting support
- Analyzes customers’ existing business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis.
- Leads and manages existing customer relationships, and works to identify customer needs and opportunities, based on financial modeling and business case
- Supports project execution across multiple business functions including account management, business development, advertising, marketing and product management

Experiences
- Experience executing and managing business development strategies for mid-sized countries/regions/industry verticals
- Track record in achieving business development targets and building customer relationships through customer sales
- Some professional experience in financial services, cards, payments or another related field
- Basic understanding of all of Mastercard's Sales and Customer delivery disciplines
