About the Role:
As a seasoned Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion in Latin America. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, local councils, government agencies, corporations, low vision organizations, and clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth and business development
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
• Provide training and support to customers on the use of innovative wearable devices

Requirements:
• 3+ years' experience in business development, sales, or account management
• University degree in business marketing fields
• Excellent Spanish and English communication skills, with additional languages an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel extensively throughout Latin America
