**HR Profile**, consultora especializada en reclutamiento y selección de profesionales para la Región LATAM, se encuentra en búsqueda de un **Indirect Channel Manager** para empresa del rubro de diagnóstico médico, especializada en el desarrollo, fabricación y comercialización de soluciones innovadoras para pruebas de diagnóstico.

**Objetivo de la posición**:
Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones comerciales con distribuidores en los países asignados, diseñando estrategias de ventas efectivas y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio. Este rol incluye la capacitación y soporte a los equipos de distribuidores, el análisis de mercado y la supervisión del cumplimiento normativo en cada país.

**Dentro de las principales funciones destacan**:

- Establecer, mantener y gestionar relaciones comerciales con distribuidores en los países asignados, asegurando que los socios de distribución cumplan con los objetivos de ventas y calidad.
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de ventas adaptadas a las particularidades del mercado de cada país y canal indirecto, supervisando el cumplimiento de metas.
- Manejar negociaciones estratégicas y comerciales con distribuidores de alto nível (dueños de empresas de distribución) para maximizar la penetración de productos en cada mercado.
- Proveer capacitación técnica y comercial a los equipos de los distribuidores, asegurando un correcto entendimiento y representación del portafolio de productos.
- Analizar las tendencias del mercado de diagnóstico y evaluar el rendimiento de los distribuidores, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Colaborar con los departamentos internos (marketing, finanzas y logística) para garantizar el soporte adecuado a los distribuidores.
- Asegurar que las operaciones de los distribuidores cumplan con las regulaciones locales.
- Visitar periódicamente los mercados asignados para fortalecer relaciones y evaluar la implementación de estrategias.
- Preparar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño del canal indirecto, incluyendo métricas de ventas y propuestas de mejora.

**Nuestra búsqueda está orientada a**:

- Profesionales titulados en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ventas o áreas afines.
- Amplia experiência en roles de ventas y gestión de canales indirectos en el sector de diagnóstico médico.
- Experiência en negociaciones con distribuidores de alto nível y en la implementación de estrategias comerciales en entornos internacionales.
- Conocimiento profundo de las regulaciones y tendencias del mercado de diagnóstico médico en distintas regiones.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en la comuna de Las Condes y viajar frecuentemente a los países asignados.
