**Propósito de la Posición**

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona responsable para contribuir al crecimiento rentable del Canal Tradicional de ventas de una unidad de negocios de Nestlé Chile, optimizando la venta a los clientes y ejecutando las estrategias comerciales definidas para el canal.

**Un día en la vida de...**
- Asegurar cumplimiento de su plan de ventas y gastos
- Generar proyecciones de venta de su zona/territorio
- Revisión de principales indicadores de gestión de su zona/canal (Cobertura de clientes, profundidad, ventas, cuentas corrientes, retorno inversión en clientes, descuentos, fillrate, etc)
- Colaborar internamente con equipos de Supply y Distribución para el correcto abastecimiento y operación de su zona
- Proponer planes de acción para asegurar cumplimiento de principales indicadores de su zona
- Gestión periódica de visitas y levantamiento de oportunidades en el punto de ventas, para lograr alcanzar los objetivos de ventas
- Planificación de ruta y cartera de clientes
- Asegurar la implementación de las estrategias de los negocios
- Asegurar los planes comerciales por zona, activaciones comerciales, productos infaltables, entre otros
- Generar planes de acción orientados a incrementar el Sell Out de sus zonas
- Análisis de riesgos y oportunidades
