Sales Development professionals interact 1-1 with customers, partners and prospects across the globe, assisting through strategic prospecting efforts, extensive account research and developing value propositions—having a tangible impact in the Sales Organization by generating high-value new business pipeline each year.

The Sales Development Global Enablement team is critical in helping to onboard, enable, and ready our Sales Development professionals. As the Senior Manager of Sales Development Global Enablement, you will be responsible for leading the team to execute on the enablement strategy by delivering and measuring the learning enablement and experiences for sales development professionals across the globe.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Partner with Global Enablement teams (e.g. Learning Design, Industry, Product, Business Partners, Sales Program Managers, Marketing, External Vendors and Product Marketers) to design, deliver, and execute Sales Development Onboarding learning and experiences, translating learning requirements into impactful enablement experiences.
- Coach and develop a global team of onboarding specialists in their ability to deliver credible, dynamic and interactive enablement experiences via a variety of modalities and technologies
- Achieve high quality standards and customer satisfaction scores on delivered programs and a ssess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
- Partner with the Global Sales Onboarding Operations Team to assign and track learning as well as measure training impact against associated enablement key performance indicators

**TARGET SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- 4+ years experience in Sales/ Sales Enablement / Sales Operations roles with extensive knowledge of Sales Development role
- 2+ years experience leading and inspiring global, multi-location team
- Experience in collaborating, challenging the status quo, building consensus and influencing others by building trust-based relationships Strategic stakeholder management critical to role
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem solving, structuring complex problems and developing solutions
- Demonstrated proficiency in operational reporting, business processes, and governance
- Self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented and resourceful
- Experience working in a fast paced, multi-cultural environment
