Learning Experience Design Manager, Sales Enablement

These programs will focus on the enablement of our sales teams and our sales leaders - from onboarding to continuous development. This role will help support the goals of the sales learning programs, by leveraging learning methodologies: synchronous virtual learning, asynchronous eLearning, and blended learning. Success in this position requires the ability to think strategically and perform in a fast moving, ever-evolving sales business environment. In addition, this role will also work with the Learning & Development team to develop and align with overall curriculum strategies and deployment plans for our sales team. The Learning Experience Design Manager will be passionate about education and understand how adults learn.
**What you will be doing **
- Build trust and relationships with global partners, other Learning Experience Designers and Enablement colleagues.
- Work with key partners to analyze customer needs, uncover root causes behind performance deficits, and make solution recommendations driven by the business need.
- Using various adult learning theories, to design and develop effective and instructionally sound learning experiences and products using a range of learning methods (e.g. VILT, asynchronous, blended learning, etc.) and media (e.g. video, hands-on practice, workbooks, written, interactive).
- Deploy learning resources and courses through multiple synchronous and asynchronous online environments.
- Be a mentor to Sales Enablement managers, and business partners on standard methodologies in learning design and enablement solutions.
- Constantly improve the design of learning experiences and products based on the latest research in learning and adult education. Continuously upgrade/refresh learning materials based on iterative delivery and retrospective and maintain source control for learning materials.
- Use existing learning evaluation standards to measure program and business impact
- Produce virtual learning experiences, workshops, and webinars.
- Perform other emergent tasks that support the learning function at Tableau.
**You have **
- Strong instructing and virtual facilitation skills.
- Experience using multiple eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact frequently with a wide-range of stakeholders.
- Strong ability to manage expectations and customer demands; demonstrated ability to work iteratively, inviting and managing continuous improvement in an agile development environment.
- Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly as well as developing learning experiences that effectively build skills.
- Exceptional teamwork skills and work well with people who have a diverse set of expertise and skills to deliver outstanding learning experiences in a rapidly dynamic environment.
- Ability to easily transition from high-level critical thinking to creative and detailed execution.
**Who you are **
- **Experienced. **7+ years of adult learning, learning design, and/or sales enablement experience in a corporate environment, conducting needs analysis and familiarity with design thinking and agile learning development techniques.
