Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda un Comercial Planning Lead quien será responsable de liderar las estrategias comerciales incluyendo el pricing, Category Management e Inventory Management. posición que contribuirá a seguir transformado la compra y venta de autos en un proceso fácil y sin complicaciones.
**Principales funciones**:
- Diseñar e implementar una estrategia integral de pricing de sell-in y de sell-out que permita aumentar la rentabilidad y competitividad de todas las marcas de autos usados del grupo.
- Dirigir el category management de autos usados, segmentando el inventario para satisfacer las necesidades y preferencias específicas de los clientes de cada marca y maximizar las oportunidades de venta.
- Asegurarse de mantener un equilibrio adecuado entre la oferta y la demanda de autos usados en todas las empresas del grupo, evitando situaciones de sobreinventario o falta de stock.
- Supervisar y optimizar el inventory management de autos usados, garantizando níveles adecuados de inventario, reduciendo la presencia de bienes obsoletos y manteniendo níveles de inventario saludables para la eficiencia operativa.
- Monitorear constantemente el mercado de autos usados, estudiando las tendencias, la demanda y la competencia para obtener información actualizada y relevante.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de compra, venta, performance, marketing, estrategia y BI de todas las marcas de autos usados del grupo para alinear las estrategias comerciales con los objetivos de crecimiento y rentabilidad.
- Generar informes periódicos sobre los resultados de las estrategias comerciales implementadas y el desempeño del pricing, category management e inventory management en el área de autos usados, proporcionando datos clave para la toma de decisiones de alto nível.
- Asegurarse de que las herramientas y sistemas utilizados para determinar precios y gestionar el inventario de autos usados estén actualizadas, sean precisas y cumplan con los estándares de calidad.
- Liderar y motivar a un equipo altamente capacitado en el área de autos usados, proporcionándoles orientación y dirección para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales y estratégicos establecidos en cada marca.

**Perfil deseado**:
- Deseable experiência previa en consultoría, áreas comerciales o de planificación.
- Conocimientos en análisis de mercado, implementación de estrategias comerciales, category management e inventory management.
- Capacidad para analizar datos complejos, identificar patrones y tendencias, y tomar decisiones basadas en datos para optimizar los resultados financieros y operativos en el área de autos usados.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y negociación para influir y alinear múltiples equipos del grupo
- Deseable experiência en uso de herramientas y software de análisis y presentación de datos.
