**Description**

**Purpose of Role**

To lead, promote and manage the commercial aspects of the school, ensuring EBITDA performance, revenue growth, ancillary revenue development, and enrolment results.

The position will report directly to Head of School and jointly work with functional areas of regional office (Finance, Property, Admissions).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Alongside the School Head, and the regional team, manage the commercial aspects of our schools
- Set the objectives for the next school year's budget and manage the strategy for it.
- Lead P&L meetings with the respective areas, according to the programming and needs of the institution.
- Actively participate in the elaboration of investment plans: infrastructure and equipment, taking into account the prioritisation of needs and previously established plans.
- Participate in promotional activities and institutional image of the school, supporting the school and regional sales (admissions) and marketing teams
- Lead the school’s ancillary revenue strategy and ongoing management.
- Manage and develop new projects for the school, in coordination with external institutions, if necessary.
- Monitor and challenge the use of resources, goods and services by all academic and administrative areas of the schools.

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**
- Education background ideal but not essential, however strong senior management experience, including experience leading in a decentralized and multi-unit business, with a strong focus on commercial management, is critical.
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen with experience of successfully delivering operational plans and driving growth and the ability to analyze and process data and information quickly and effectively to make key commercial decisions
- Emotionally intelligent, articulate and persuasive and able to present a compelling vision both internally and externally
- A thoughtful, effective and inspiring leader, able to work independently and remotely from line manager.
- International experience, including experience of leadership across international contexts.
- A team player with a collaborative style who works in partnership across functions, supports and develops colleagues and has consistent success in leading and motivating teams to deliver excellence
- An innovative, creative style and the ability to develop concepts into reality
