We are looking for Regional Sales Director (RSD) who focuses on Fish Business Process and will be a senior leader within the region Latam - based in Chile - Santiago, with responsibility for driving sales according to industry and regional strategy.

You will be a partner with the Regional Managing Director and the Sales Front office within the region and will do the Management Sale Team in the Latam region.

What you will be doing:

- Manages, leads, trains and coaches Industry Sales Managers, Key Account Managers and Account Managers in the Region.
- Builds up and maintains loyalty with Key Customers.
- Responsible for sales of service contracts in conjunction with equipment sales, while Regional Service Director remains responsible for terms & condition. Also responsible for sales of predefined spare parts packages as agreed with Regional Service Director and in close collaboration with the Customer Care Managers.
- Develops the Sales strategy within the region, based on general market information and the desires and needs of customers
- Responsible for annual sales target setting for the region, working with the Regional Managing Director and the Industry Sales Director.

- Ability to lead, coach and inspire followership in geographically disparate teams
- Strong skills in stakeholder management inside and outside the organization.
- Previous experiences in international assignments/expatriate management preferable
- The role requires extensive travel based on business needs
- Excellent skills in written and verbal English and Spanish (mandatory).

Experience with and comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage.

However, more important is who you are as a person, and we expect you to have strong ability to lead, coach and inspire followership in geographically disparate teams. You are a teamplayer that naturally support team members and you have excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
