**Job Purpose**

Develop and Implement Sales strategy for the current and emerging Markets. Develop support strategy for new regions and implement support structure for existing customers.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensuring an adequate sales pipeline and sales delivery
- Ensure that sales opportunities are managed using accepted company tools and processes (maintain opportunities in SalesForce/ Quote Preparation/Tender Preparation)
- Ensure excellent relations between customer and Modular representatives (Contract negotiation in conjunction with Key Account Manager)
- Ensures a timely response to client needs
- Manages difficult or emotional client situations on escalation.
- Ensures compliance with our CCA service obligations to all relevant customers
- Take appropriate action to maintain satisfied customers with acceptable financial results for MMS
- Deliver acceptable and continuously improving financial results from MMS/Customer business relationships
- Solicits through the regional organization, client feedback that is subsequently used to improve services
- Ensures that Key Account Managers are actively utilizing spin selling techniques and processes
- Ensures MMS regularly meets with customers to formalize sales route maps
- Regularly and formally review service performance with customers
- Account planning is documented and company systems are utilized professionally. Goals and actions are transparent to all
- Actively demonstrate processes, actions and initiatives to continuously grow sales and contribution from the delivery of professional services
- Sales management: Manage sales operations in the assigned region, including setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and managing sales teams.
- Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and ensuring that their requirements are met.
- Team management: Recruit, train, and manage sales teams in the assigned region, ensuring that they are motivated and performing to the best of their abilities.
- Sales reporting: Provide regular sales reports to senior management, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and competitor activity.
- Sales planning: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for the assigned region, ensuring that they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Budget management: Manage sales budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that sales targets are achieved within budget.
- Marketing support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Territory management: Manage sales territories effectively, ensuring that sales teams are targeting the right customers and markets.
- Ensure Mining Consulting sales
- Ensure Digital Services sales
- Ensure Coselling Argus

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in sales development for a technology solution.
- Knowledge of Modular products and service.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse market requirements, develop sales strategy, implement and achieve results.
- Mining Knowledge.
- Proven organisational and analytical skills.
- Excellent English spoken and written skills (mandatory).
