Buscamos un Sales Manager Regional con experiencia comprobada en la industria de consumo masivo para liderar la estrategia comercial en la región asignada. Serás clave para impulsar el crecimiento, gestionar equipos de alto desempeño y fortalecer las relaciones con clientes estratégicos.

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para cumplir y superar objetivos de ventas.
  • Liderar y desarrollar un equipo de ventas, garantizando su éxito y crecimiento.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mercado y optimizar la presencia de la marca en la región.
  • Analizar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI) para tomar decisiones estratégicas.
  • ️ Negociar con clientes clave y consolidar relaciones comerciales.
  • Trabajar de la mano con marketing y logística para garantizar el posicionamiento del producto.
  • Elaborar reportes periódicos y proponer acciones de mejora.

Lo que buscamos en ti :

  • Residencia en Viña del Mar o alrededores (requisito excluyente).
  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en roles similares dentro de la industria.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y gestionando canales de distribución.
  • Habilidad analítica y foco en resultados.
  • ️ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
