Asegurar el traspaso administrativo de las ventas a la operación. Mantener el control y seguimiento de dichos traspasos, obteniendo y registrando la información necesaria para facturar los servicios Mantiene accesos a herramientas de gestión de los partners (principalmente Cisco) Mantiene los controles de vigencia, equipamiento según contratos, en Optimal.

1. Realiza TRM toda vez que se cierra ganada una venta. Coordina, planifica, agenda, invita, ejecuta y formaliza con minuta y en sistema SF.

2. Solicita datos específicos para el TRM y los modelos de entrega de facturación, ingresándolos en DOM y entregándolos al área de P&C

3. Ejecuta ABM de cuentas de usuarios de portales y herramientas de gestión de Cisco. Administración de cuentas/accesos Cisco (SAM Tools)

4. Ejecuta controles de ingreso y actualización de PN de equipamiento Cisco en Optimal

5. Participa activamente en revisiones periódicas con Cisco sobre renovaciones, para efectos de disponibilizar información para Rebates

6. Entrega cotizaciones de renovaciones de licencias y soportes Cisco a demanda. Cotizaciones comerciales Cisco (CCWR)

7. Brianda apoyo administrativo y técnico a demanda, sobre soportes, EoL, extensiones y otros relacionados a las marcas (Cisco principalmente). Gestiona escalamientos

8. Generación Carta CAS con información recopilada en Transfer Meeting, a fin de formalizar las solicitudes contratadas y pactadas de los clientes

Qualificações

Técnico o ingeniero ejecucióninformático, Técnico en Control de Gestión

Manejo office nivel intermedio y Excel avanzado.

ITIL v4.

Idealmente conocimientos de variadas aplicaciones y plataformas como HPSM, Service-Now
