Position Overview:


Liderar el área de Costumer Service Center pool de Analistas Comerciales y Coordinadores de Ventas en Antofagasta, organizando las tareas y atención a los distintos clientes internos (RSP-KAM y PCCR), tanto para obtener la información necesaria y desarrollar la mejor oferta comercial como obtener los mejores plazos de entrega esperado, además entregar la visibilidad y trazabilidad de todos los componentes en reparación.

Apoyando de esta manera al cumplimiento de los níveles de ventas y márgenes de la unidad de mercado Minería para todas las faenas asignadas.

En el marco de la Ley que incentiva la contratación de Personas con Discapacidad al Mundo Laboral, Finning, socio estratégico de CATERPILLAR, líder en distribución de equipos y servicios, te invita a unirte al líder que mueve las industrias y a participar con nosotros en el proceso de postulación para el cargo de Jefe/a Customer Service Center, el o la cual deberá será parte de la Vicepresidencia de Minería responsable de definir, liderar y lograr los objetivos anuales relacionados con la función del Customer service, para garantizar un enfoque centrado en el Cliente, de acuerdo a lo estándares y políticas de la Compañía.

Debe asegurar y controlar el nível de servicio, según KPIs establecidos, los cuales lograran impulsar el crecimiento rentable para la Compañía.


Principales funciones laborales:

  • Responsable de atención a Clientes Mineros fuera de Contratos en:
  • Gestión comercial eficiente del proceso de solicitud de cotizaciones, atención de órdenes de compra, seguimiento de repuestos.
  • Activar y realizar seguimiento a componentes que se encuentran en proceso de reparación
  • Atención de órdenes de servicio y seguimiento de repuestos, para dar soporte a actividades del Equipo de tecnología
  • Responsable de entregar soporte a la Gerencia de Proyectos Mineros FINSA:
  • Proceso administrativo asociado a la venta de Equipos
  • Garantizar la eficacia y calidad del servicio al Cliente interno y externo
  • Interactuar con las áreas involucradas en el proceso
  • Asegurar que el proceso de flujo requerido cumpla con los requisitos de los Clientes
  • Proporcionar actividades de acuerdo con las normas y procedimientos de la Compañía
  • Búsqueda de nuevas tecnologías y participación de proyectos relacionados

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniero Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Industrial.
  • Se requiere a lo menos 3 años de experiência.
  • Experiência en gestión comercial
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas computacionales MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word y conocimientos en procesos operativos (SAP
  • CRM) y procesos administrativos contables y financieros.
  • Inglés nível intermedio.
