Asegurarse que la carga con productos alimentarios será resguardada con el fin de mantener un producto inocuo durante todos los puntos de su transporte.


Planificación anual:

proyección mensual del volumen de servicios, valorizando total de ventas y utilidad, en base a estadísticas de años anteriores.


Indicadores internos:
revisión y envío semanal de indicadores internos de cumplimiento.

Indicadores clientes:
revisión y envío mensual de indicadores por cliente, con un volumen sobre 10 contendores mensuales.

Revisión metas:
establecimiento de metas mensuales, revisión y promoción del cumplimiento de estas.

Control y coordinación de funciones:
planificación mensual y semanal de trabajo del equipo Customer Service.

Visita a clientes:
planificación mensual de visita a clientes.

Revisión de servicios:
revisión diaria de la planificación y cumplimiento de esta.

Revisión reclamos:
seguimiento y respuesta de reclamos generados por cliente.

Revisión LG:
revisión semanal de montos de LG, y aprobaciones de estas de parte del cliente.

Contacto con cliente:

llamar y comunicarse diariamente con cliente para; solicitar programaciones, obtener el feedback del servicio realizado, mantener y obtener servicios.


Registro servicios:
revisar el correo diariamente, registrando servicios y programaciones.

Envío de estatus:
solicitar información a operaciones e informar a cliente del avance de sus servicios.

Planificación anual estable en el tiempo: llegar a mantener un volumen mensual de servicios estables y predecible en el tiempo.

Reconocer el valor del cliente:

Mantener un trato cordial en todo momento, entendiendo la importancia del cliente y lo que su mercancía significa, transmitiendo seguridad y asistencia cada vez que sea necesario.


Comprender y adaptarse a las necesidades del cliente: Ser analítico en las necesidades del cliente y flexible en sus horarios y/o requerimientos, adaptar el servicio a su medida, siempre que sea posible.

Atender dudas, reclamos y comentarios:

Atención constante, durante la entrega del servicio, aclarando dudas, solicitando feedback de cliente en base a presentación de servicios.


Detectar oportunidades de mejora:

Revisión constante del servicio prestado, detectando oportunidades de mejora, y entregas de un grato servicio, generando valor agregado sin costo.


Construir canales de comunicación valiosos:
Ver y mantener a cliente, como un partner estratégico, donde el crecimiento generará valores mutuos. Realizar llamados semanales, reportes mensuales, análisis constante de potenciales reportes.

Llegar a ser experto en el área de trasporte: El Customer debe atender al cliente en base al conocimiento, manejar el servicio y contar con todas las herramientas y conocimientos necesarios, para apoyarlo y orientarlo en las necesidades de sus servicios.

Mantener al cliente:
Del CS dependerá el cumplimiento del presupuesto, y en consecuencia conseguir mássolicitudes de servicios de parte del cliente. El CS será responsable del tiempo que el cliente se mantenga dentro de la empresa.


Importante operador logístico local se encunetra en búsqueda de Encargado/Jefe de Customer Service para incorporarse a su equipo de trabajo.


Requisitos:

Estudios:
Ingeniería o carrera afín.

Experiência: 7 años trabajando directamente con clientes y 5 años liderando equipos de trabajo.
Manejo en análisis de datos, planificación de trabajo, optimización de recursos.

Excel:
Nível Intermedio - Avanzado.

Conocimientos de área de logística y transporte.
