Especialista de Procesos - Customer Service y unirse al
Proyecto Enlace.


El propósito del cargo se centra en proponer y co-diseñar la estrategia de Transformación Regional para la implementación de Customer Service a través de la creación de procesos, sistemas, estructuras, indicadores y roles adecuados.


Principales desafíos del cargo:

  • Validar los procesos de Customer Service y de Atención al Cliente de CCU, con foco en los procesos y en la operación. Acompañar la ejecución y pruebas del sistema de manera de asegurar que lo diseñado se ponga en práctica en la usabilidad y operación de los sistemas.
  • Desarrollar y proponer un roadmap de implementación de customer service regional con una mirada validada endtoend con los equipos involucrados, construyendo un único punto de contacto de cara a los clientes y consumidores.
  • Desarrollar y proponer procedimientos y sitemas de Control Tower (CRM) regional como único punto contacto con nuestros clientes y consumidores.
  • Buscar, analizar y aplicar mejores prácticas del mercado y de socios estratégicos de la compañía, en términos de la gestión de procesos de Costumer Service.

Perfil deseado:

  • Formación Universitaria Ingeniería Civil Industrial
  • Al menos 5 años de experiência laboral, relacionada a Procesos, Customer Service, Logística.
  • Conocimientos en relación a Modelamiento de Procesos
  • Conocimientos en ERP y CRM
