Actualmente están reforzando su Fuerza de ventas y en ese contexto, buscan sumar un SALES REP SPECIALIST al equipo
Tu Misión:
Como Sales Rep Specialist, serás el principal punto de contacto entre nuestra empresa y los Stakeholders involucrados en la tomas de desiciones profesionales de la salud visual en tu territorio asignado. Tu misión será impulsar el crecimiento de nuestro portafolio de productos DEOH, construyendo relaciones sólidas y generando un impacto significativo en el mercado.
Algunas Responsabilidades Incluyen:
- Realizar la venta consultiva de las soluciones ofrecidas por el portafolio especializado de la compañía, identificando oportunidades, comunicando al equipo de stakeholders especializado y planeando y ejecutando acciones para incrementar la performance de ventala institucion.
- Mantener y desarrollar relaciones sólidas con key stakeholders, que participan en la toma de decisiones de los de hospitales, clinicas y centros especializados incluyendo tecnólogos médicos, enfermeras, oftalmologos, químicos farmacéuticos y directivos técnicos involucrados.
- Gestionar y ser responsable del kardex de profesionales del territorio involucrado, manteniendose al dia en tendencias, competencia, conductas prescriptivas e insights del mercado.
- implementar tácticas territoriales acorde al plan de marketing generando reuniones científicas , rounded tables, para transmitir propuestas de valor del portafolio.
- Comunicar certeramente las oportunidades del mercado y clientes, al equipo interno, para desarrollas soluciones personalizadas que aborden las necesidades específicas de las instituciones públicas.
- Garantizar la excelencia en los procesos de venta y post venta con los clientes.
El candidato ideal debe ser un profesional con título técnico y/o universitario en Administración de Negocios, Marketing o Ciencias Biológicas con al menos 5 años de experiencia en visita medica o KAM en industria healthcare de especialidades, experiencia en Oftalmología es un plus, ser hábil en la gestión de cuentas clave y conocimiento de sistema de salud nacional . Debe tener una fuerte orientación comercial, agilidad en la negociación, sólidas habilidades comunicacionales, alta capacidad de planificación y de resolucion de problemas, proactividad y responsabilidad. Además, se requiere un manejo intermedio de MS Office, e Ingles nivel intermedio/ Alto. El candidato debe estar familiarizado con los procesos de compras y licitaciones de la industria de la salud.
