Su misión es la generación de información de valor que permita a los equipos tomar decisiones de negocios basadas en datos de manera oportuna. 

Debe en conjunto con el equipo en el que esté trabajando, generar un funnel de producto/servicio, esto implica, levantar información, que esta sea productiva, analizarla, para luego disponibilizar a los negocios a través de la autoatención

Además, debe analizar y encontrar oportunidades de crecimiento a través de los datos disponibles, generando análisis a nivel de cliente, perfil, momento, ciclo de vida, uso de canales, tipo de canal, horarios de uso, frecuencia, etc. Comportamientos post venta. etc. Debe ser capaz de elaborar y comunicar análisis complejos a través de formatos comprensibles y fáciles de interpretar a partir de la data disponible, para facilitar la toma de decisiones. 

Una vez generado los funnels: debe generar herramientas que permitan la detección de caídas , hacer análisis y levantar oportunidades a los equipos.

Generar panelerías con los kpi de los productos, los funnel y otros datos relevantes para la toma de decisiones y gestión diaria del negocio. 

Debe realizar seguimiento de métricas, kpi definidos, seguimiento y hasta el cierre, finalizando con conclusiones análiticas de los experimentos, los cuales deben convertirse en aprendizajes para la corporación.

Todo lo anterior implica movilizar a los distintos equipos de trabajo, para que las oportunidades se transformen en planes de trabajo a través de los cuales se capturen y se logre aumentar la conversión.

Finalmente debe capturar data e información, procesarla, disponibilizar panelería, analizarla, plantear hipótesis, volver a extraer y analizar data, para movilizar las distintas oportunidades detectadas.

- Administrar, diseñar y desarrollar las herramientas de analíticas.

- Levantar oportunidades a través de la data.

- Detectar oportunidades a lo largo de todo el funnel.

- Detectar datos faltantes y solicitarlos a gobierno de datos o el Data Steward correspondiente.

- Disponibilizar la información con los principales indicadores para el seguimiento.

- Construcción de hipótesis en base a datos de diversas fuentes variables cuantitativas y cualitativas, centradas en el usuario y el resultado de negocio.
