About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Support Specialist to join our team in Santiago, Chile. This is a hybrid position with an expected start date of January 2025, lasting up to 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, collaborating with sales and business stakeholders, and providing high-impact support to drive pipeline growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Execution: Develop a deep understanding of SAP's marketing strategy and objectives, identifying opportunities to enhance campaign execution and ensure consistency across all demand generation activities.Lead Management: Engage proactively in lead management review and analysis, working closely with key stakeholders to improve lead quality, secure higher acceptance rates, and optimize related campaign processes.Data and Performance Management: Focus on delivering high-quality campaign execution and lead management activities, documenting results accurately in CRM, reports, dashboards, and scorecards.Market Research/Analysis: Develop a market and target audience understanding, segmenting and adapting messages to optimize campaign tactics and drive meaningful customer interactions.Asset Development and Management: Manage the coordination, development, and dissemination of assets such as videos, blogs, infographics, websites, white papers, etc., aligning with defined programs and campaigns.Agency Management: Collaborate with marketing agencies, setting up purchase orders/shopping carts and coordinating project budgets in line with purchasing policies and management decisions.Field Enablement: Understand stakeholder management in developing effective marketing tactics and assets, briefing and aligning internal stakeholders to optimize leverage and impact.Customer Service and Relationship Management: Maintain a customer-centric approach, servicing inquiries, resolving problems, responding to direct customer requests, and driving valuable customer experiences.Channel & Ecosystem: Familiarize yourself with various routes to market, such as channels and ecosystem (GCGB), to optimize the impact and reach of respective marketing tactics.Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university within the last 1-2 years.
- Strong business orientation, process design, and analytical skills, combined with a focus on execution and results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Collaborative mindset, initiative to work independently in a self-directed environment.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
