Welcome to Hustler Marketing We’re a global eCommerce marketing agency with around 60 team members worldwide. As a Klaviyo Elite partner and Yotpo Award winner for Best Retainer Agency in Europe, we specialize in email, SMS, and UGC marketing. Now, we’re looking to level up our lead generation efforts—and that’s where you come in.
The Lead Generation Expert at Hustler Marketing will have to manage and oversee our inbound and outbound lead generation channels. Your primary goal will be to bring in qualified leads, measured by booked calls for our key services. You will be responsible for optimizing and suggesting new lead generation strategies while working closely with our Marketing and Sales departments.

Reliably providing our agency with qualified leads (calls), while doing what is necessary to make sure our in- and outbound channels stay optimized and relevant.
Main Specs of the Role:The general outline of our Lead Generation Expert role includes the following:
- Manage and optimize Lead Generation channels across multiple platforms, both inbound and outbound.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments to align Lead Generation efforts with broader business goals.
- Suggest and implement new lead generation strategies (independence is welcome as long as results are there).
- Oversee the budget for lead generation channels, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Report directly to the CEO and maintain a close working relationship with the Sales Manager.
- Continuously monitor the quality of leads and adjust strategies as needed to ensure high-quality results.
- Generate leads specifically for eCommerce stores for our core services (Email, SMS marketing, and UGC ads), as well as SAAS companies for CRM Optimization and agencies for Recruitment as a Service.
- Manage opening new lead generation channels for other services we might develop in the future.
- Maintain autonomy in your role while making sure targets and KPIs are met.

By leading the development and execution of our lead generation strategies, managing both inbound and outbound channels, and continuously optimizing our approach, you’ll significantly contribute to our mission of driving growth through qualified leads. Your expertise in identifying opportunities, refining lead generation processes, and collaborating with key departments will ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects, helping to fuel our company’s expansion and success in the market.
The Lead Generation Expert position includes committing to the following:
- Full-time commitment while meeting our general availability for office hours (3 - 6 PM CET)
- An average of 120 to 140 tracked hours per month consistently
- Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD + performance bonus on leads generated
- Receive contractor status after signing our non-disclosure agreement
- Committing to a 30-day notice period after the first month
- Regular performance reviews based on meeting KPIs

To succeed in this role, you need to be highly proactive and comfortable driving the success of our lead generation efforts with autonomy.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with internal teams and external partners. Your ability to identify opportunities, address challenges, and optimize lead generation strategies will be key to ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads. A structured and organized approach to managing the entire lead generation process, including budget oversight and performance monitoring, will be crucial for achieving success.
The ideal person for this role is analytical, resourceful, results-driven, and passionate about lead generation and sales growth. Availability and consistency are important to us, so our Lead Generation Expert should demonstrate reliability in workload commitments and work hours.
Prior experience in this field will be essential.
Key traits for this position:You must have great attention to detail, be organized and structured, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be approachable, disciplined, and self-motivated. A sense of initiative, a passion for lead generation and marketing, along with a strong work ethic, will greatly benefit you in this role.
A strong drive to meet and exceed the targets for the role will also be crucial.
Key requirements:The Lead Generation Expert position has the following key requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, in an agency setting.
- Strong experience in lead generation for agencies with main leads being eCommerce stores and SAAS companies (non-negotiable).
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and booked calls.
- Expertise in utilizing multiple lead generation channels, including but not limited to Cold Email, LinkedIn, SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media (Meta Ads, etc).
- Ability to manage and optimize lead generation budgets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Ability to work independently and proactively suggest new strategies for lead generation.
- Strong focus on the main target of the position (to generate qualified leads).
