Buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo un **Demand Generation Lead** para nuestro **segmento Enterprise.** Su principal responsabilidad será **liderar la estrategia y ejecución **de iniciativas para impulsar el crecimiento de clientes potenciales y aumentar el revenue en el segmento. Es responsable del entendimiento de necesidades de clientes, propuesta de valor y posicionamiento de marca; con estrategias tipo **Account Based Marketing**, **community building**, **apertura de mercados **y **Channel Partnership**
**Funciones del cargo**:
- Liderazgo de equipo, reportando al Director de la Unidad de Negocio Enterprise.
- Diseño y ejecución de estrategia de marketing para alcanzar los objetivos.
- Acelerar el **crecimiento** [inbound y outbound].
- Estrategia de **Channel Partnership**, buscando partners de negocio.
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de **Account Based Marketing** para maximizar leads.
- Dar soporte a la estrategia de **apertura de mercado** desde la marca y posicionamiento estratégico en el mercado.
- Invertir eficientemente los recursos en distintos canales de marketing.
- Entregarle al equipo de producto, clientes y ventas los insights relevantes provenientes del **investigaciones de mercado.**:
- Supervisar el desempeño del equipo de SDRs con el objetivo de alinear los esfuerzos conforme a la estrategia de la Unidad de Negocio.
- Actitud proactiva y estratégica para continuamente buscar soluciones y encuentros en los que debemos estar para aumentar nuestra presencia en el mercado.
**Requerimientos del cargo**:
- Se requiere un mínimo de 3-5 años de experiência en un puesto de liderazgo dentro del área de marketing, preferiblemente en industria SaaS B2B.
- Channel Partnership.
- Apertura y posicionamiento de mercados.
- Estrategias de Product Marketing.
- Estrategia de inversión por canal.
- Gestión de funnel de marketing.
- Herramientas de gestión de venta.
- Google Workspace.
