Como Lead Generation Specialist, serás encargado de liderar el proceso de calificación y prospección de nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Tus desafíos incluirán:
- Investigación de tendencias y desafíos de negocio de nuestros potenciales clientes.
- Segmentación del mercado.
- Crear y prospectar nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
- Gestionar oportunidades a través de nuestro CRM para documentar actividades y el proceso de ventas.
- Apoyar la definición y optimización de estrategias outbound.
- Generar reuniones para el equipo de ventas, acompañándolos en el proceso para mejorar tu entendimiento de las necesidades del mercado.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las principales industrias objetivo y las nuevas tendencias outbound.
- Colaborar con las iniciativas de marketing relacionadas con la adquisición de nuevos clientes
**Requerimientos del cargo**:
- Buscamos una persona apasionada por los datos, la inteligencia artificial y la tecnología.
- Idealmente profesional titulado de Ingeniería comercial, marketing o carreras afines (no excluyente)
- Al menos 1 año de experiência como SDR (B2B) o en áreas comerciales y equipos de venta.
- Deseable experiência en diseño de estrategias de prospección outbound.
- Deseable experiência en metodologías de venta consultiva
- Deseable experiência en manejo de CRM
