**Assistant Teacher**for the next school year (2025-2026), according to the following skills and

**Preferred Qualifications and Experiences**
- University degree in Early Years or Elementary Education
- Familiar with Chilean´s Ministry of Education Standards (Objetivos de Aprendizaje).
- Relevant classroom experience (Grade K2 to Grade 2).
- Fluent in Spanish written and spoken.
- High level of English proficiency required.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist with instruction of individuals, small groups, or whole group in collaboration with

the lead teacher
- Assume the role of the lead teacher when the teacher is absent
- Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe classroom/school environment
- Collaborate with the teacher and team grade level in planning and preparation of lessons
- Participates in parent-teacher conferences
- Assist teacher with administrative records and preparation of required reports, along with
- support of student assessments
- Nurture students through attentive oversight and assist them during transitions
